As a result of the pandemic, we have made a number of changes to our curriculum help support the children at Streethay:
1. We have undergone a baseline assessment of all children, to identify their strengths, their gaps in learning, and to plan how we can best support all learners.
2. We have made changes to our school curriculum, implementing more recaps and revision of prior learning to address any identified gaps in knowledge or skills.
3. We have implemented whole class interventions in KS1, including:
-Additional phonics sessions
-Additional writing structure sessions
-Additional maths fluency sessions
-Additional key reading skills sessions
In EYFS we carryout interventions within the provision.
4. We have put an increase focus on our work around mental health, mental ill-health, wellbeing, and nurture.
